Phil Badura

Phil was born in Geelong in 1958 and grew up on a Dairy Farm in Deniliquin. Leaving home at 18, Phil was sponsored by Murray Goulburn to gain his Diploma in Dairy Technology.

He has had the rare privilege of working at Senior Management Level with a diverse range of well-known food manufacturing businesses in Australia including a Poultry Processor in Papua New Guinea.

Some of the highlights in his career include the design and development of a food grade pallecon resulting in a saving of $200K in rental costs and the development of a returnable bulk plastic bin that generated an extra $4.5M in new revenue. Other achievements include +30% improvements in productivity improvement projects.

In his Business Career he has been involved with Companies including Murray Goulburn, Uncle Bens (a division of Mars) Uncle Tobys, National Dairies, Inghams and Sunbeam Foods covering Operations Management, Supply Chain and Logistics, Sales & Customer Service, Recruitment, Quality Assurance, Maintenance & Engineering and Financial Management.
