Vic will work closely with ActionCOACH Master Licensees to implement effective systems that will see them develop to their full potential and create their own massively successful business and team of coaches. He will also ensure the growth of the network within the region, further increasing the power of the brand and the ultimate success of everyone associated with it. |

General ManagerSam has completed a diploma in Business Administration and her duties in several roles have included managing and supporting over 30 sales people, preparing legal documents and working very closely with her business owners to achieve maximum results. Sam has made business her career and is excited to be part of an organisation that has a true set of values and an ongoing commitment to education and self development. Sam's primary role and main goal is to work very closely with all franchisees in the management of their business, as well as growing and developing the Asia Pacific Region. Sam plays netball, partakes in personal training sessions four times a week and enjoys coaching a junior netball team. |

With her combined experience in Hospitality (Sales and Marketing) and Real Estate (Sales and Training), Marilyn knows firsthand the importance of Head Office support. Judi grew up in Europe, and is now enjoying life in sunny Queensland, where she still enjoys to travel and cook. |

Office ManagerAfter completing a Diploma of Business Majoring in Travel & Tourism in 2004, Clair has worked in various support roles mostly within Marketing, Fundraising, Events and Sales Support. Clair has worked for not-for-profits as well as sporting organisations. Clair brings with her two years of experience working for a business coaching company, and is passionate about seeing business coaches and small business owners alike succeed. Clair's primary role is to provide administrative support for the Asia Pacific Head Office. Clair enjoys being outdoors and staying fit by running, cycling and competing in triathlons. |

Executive Coach ManagerMichelle has an extensive background in Organisational and Personal development. A personal and business coach since 1998 her roles have included, consulting, training and coaching with SME's, the public sector and corporate. Michelle holds qualifications in HR, Management, Recreation Administration, NLP, Training, and Clinical Hypnotherapy and is currently undertaking a Masters in Applied Social Science. Michelle's clients have included high profile public office holders and her SME clients have taken out State Business Awards. Michelle's experience also includes developing and facilitating accredited training programs. Personal development through developing skills, knowledge and relationships drives Michelle's curiosities and her passion for the Coaching industry. At home Michelle drives all (including George the Cat) nuts with her boot camp goals, plans, and full on calendar. A closet Hawthorn AFL supporter, when the weather is too great for football and study, living on the water you will find Michelle out among the Moreton Bay Islands kayaking, fishing and camping. |

He is a multi award winning sales person spanning many industries who has developed a strong service approach to his sales methods. Being Queensland born and bread he is proud to be involved with ActionCOACH and its success as a Brisbane born business. Michael is an avid Broncos supporter and loves nothing more than seeing nearing bankrupt business growing into a booming business.
